Honestly no reason to complain. Easy base for one night in Ho Chi Minh City. Location so close to district 12, good restaurants and airport. Also, in the middle of jackson. Comfy and beautiful room overall. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

During our stay, we were disappointed to find the bathroom in our room let down with a damaged door and uncomfortable bed. Although the fan was too powerful, the tea/coffee and toiletries were not replenished daily, and cigarette smells disrupted our sleep. It was not the most perfect experience, but the hotel's convenient location and proximity to local eateries were appreciated. We were not completely satisfied, however, we found it easy to get foodstuffs nearby. Overall, we'll recommend this hotel.
